Roles and Responsibilities
Execution of product development stage experimental activities ( API characterization, Preformulation studies, formulation and process development, stability studies, Packaging evaluations, scaleup,
and dossier batches activities ).
Literature search & summary.
Project requirement assessments for executions.
Raise the purchase requisition for procurement of any material related to project execution activities.
To prepare prototype formulations based on the pre-formulation study.
To conduct the API characterization and compatibility study for the formulation.
Executing experiments as per project requirements and timelines.
To conduct development trials, achieve desired dissolution profiling, and manufacture the stability batches.
To conduct the process validation activities at the laboratory scale.
Preparation of Product Development Report.
Coordination with cross-functional departments.
To assist in the technology transfer activities.
Documentation and data control.
Skills / Abilities
Technical knowledge of solid oral, oral liquids, Injectables, and semi-solid.
Experience in a regulated market is strongly preferred.
